It has been a busy year in the Release Boatworks shop, and with enormous growth, the company is expanding production with the addition of a 5-axis G-Series CNC Router by C.R. Onsrud.
This particular model CNC Router was built for boatbuilding, but is also used across the globe to cut large format parts in not only the marine industry, but in aerospace, defense, and automotive (RV) industries. Release Boatworks will be using this machine to process composite, foam, and fiberglass components for plugs, molds, and other various boat parts with 300 square feet of operating area.
The machine is equipped with the 15 horsepower 5-axis spindle option, packing plenty of power and RPM for composite applications specifically to build boats.
